What data we collect

• Data provided voluntarily: when you fill in the booking or contact form, or write to us by email/WhatsApp (first name, last name, email, phone, preferred date and any message).
• Browsing data: technical data collected automatically during your visit (e.g. IP address, browser type), processed for the operation and security of the site.

Why we process data (purposes and legal basis)

• To respond to your requests and arrange a atelier appointment — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures / consent.
• To ensure the operation and security of the site — legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To comply with legal obligations, where applicable.

Processing methods and retention

Data is processed using IT tools and appropriate security measures, by authorised personnel. We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and within the limits set by law; contact data relating to unsuccessful requests is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Data is not disseminated. It may be processed by service providers (e.g. hosting, email) appointed as data processors, and by the third parties whose services are integrated into the site (see Cookie Policy), such as Google for maps and fonts.
