The climate sets the rules
Between May and September the heat takes centre stage. For couples and guests this means favouring light, breathable fabrics — linen, linen-wool blends, cool wools — and colours that don’t weigh the look down. An overly heavy suit ruins the day and shows in the photos. It’s better to choose materials designed for our climate.
Locations and their style
Wine estates, historic villas, seaside terraces, country farmhouses: each location has its own register. A beach wedding calls for a more relaxed elegance; a ceremony in a stately villa allows more formal looks. Always think about the harmony between the outfit and the setting.
The groom
For the groom in Sicily, blue in all its shades, luminous grey and natural tones such as sage green or beige work beautifully. The three-piece suit lets you lighten the look during the reception. For evening and formal weddings, the tuxedo remains a benchmark.
The bride and women’s formalwear

The guests
